REFUND & RETURNS
Thank you for choosing Footref LLC. We want you to be satisfied with our pet products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy is here to protect you.
- Return Requirements
All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging and tags.
With certain exceptions (as described below), we accept returns on most items. - Return Process
Contacting Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team by email or phone to explain why you would like to return your product.
Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization: Our Customer Service team will generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you.
Packaging the Product: Please pack the product and its original packaging for safe shipping.
Returning the Product: Please return the product to the address we provide as instructed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. - Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method and typically arrive within 5-10 business days after your refund request is approved. - Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for our return policy:
Opened or used pet food.
Cleaning and care products, if the seal has been removed. - Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please first follow the return process above. You can then place a new order for the desired item.
